ProPERLA Facade Coating uses the latest nano technology to repel water and dirt and keep your property dry, clean and attractive. It mimics the super hydrophobic (highly water repellent) and self cleaning capabilities of the Lotus leaf. During wind driven rain, walls would normally absorb a lot of moisture. When ProPERLA Facade Coating is applied, the rain water is repelled and the walls remain dry – water absorption is reduced by up to 93.4% Instead of absorbing into the walls, the water forms into droplets which simply run off the surface.

ProPERLA Facade Coating does not restrict the
ability of your home to breathe. Independent
testing (BS EN ISO 7783:2011) demonstrated the
coating had little effect on air and moisture
escaping. Unlike some wall coatings ProPERLA
does not block the pores of the masonry.
Masonry Crème
A highly sophisticated clear coating system for use on brick, stone, concrete and sandstone. The product penetrates up to 17 mm into the substrate to provide a one-coat invisible insulation barrier. 20 year manufacturer’s guarantee.
Facade Coating
The latest technology, two-coat coloured coating product for use on a range of substrates that require a coloured exterior wall coating. 10 year manufacturer’s guarantee and a lifetime expectancy of 25 years.
Water Repellent

The super hydrophobic (highly water repellent) properties of the coatings were put to the test using Lucideon’s
In House Moisture Content Testing Method PR 27:1998.
The test results revealed that bricks coated with ProPERLA were able to repel water and reduce absorption by up to 96.3%. for ProPERLA Masonry Crème and 93.4% for ProPERLA Facade Coating when compared to uncoated bricks.

Waterproofing Brickwork and Damp Proofing
ProPERLA Masonry Crème creates an invisible insulation barrier for single skin buildings and those built with a cavity. It has been proven to help retain heat in walls and reduce heat loss.
UKAS accredited tests have demonstrated that by reducing water absorption of the walls, ProPERLA Masonry Crème lead to thermal performance benefits.
Testing in a hygrothermal chamber revealed that a wall coated in ProPERLA Masonry Crème and subjected to repeated heat-rain conditions, resulted in reduced heat loss when compared with the uncoated (control) wall. The uncoated wall showed on average an increase of 6⁰C of heat loss in comparison to the walls coated with ProPERLA Masonry Crème.
