The project involved applying 36m² of ProPERLA exterior coating and installing 30m² of soft cream composite cladding to improve both durability and aesthetics. Our Solution

This advanced breathable, water-repellent coating was applied to 36m² of exterior walls, providing superior protection against moisture while allowing the walls to retain breathability, preventing damp issues.

For additional aesthetic appeal and insulation benefits, we installed 30m² of composite cladding in a soft cream finish. This cladding not only enhanced the home’s visual appeal but also provided low-maintenance, long-lasting protection against harsh weather conditions.
