Field Sales Representative

Overview

We are growing at an impressive pace. Despite the economy, lead flow is strong and we need to hire an experienced and professional Sales Representative ASAP. You will be working with individuals who have a passion for exceeding the customer’s expectation. You must be a trustworthy and reliable self starter, who someone who will follow up with the customer and realises the value of their business.

The Profile of an ideal candidate

The individual we are looking for is NOT the typical salesperson most people think of. We have found that our customers want to buy our products and services but don’t like being “sold.” So, rather than a “pushy” salesperson, we need someone who asks questions, listens to the homeowner, determines their needs, offers options for them to choose from and closes the deal.

About your Manager

Sales representatives work directly with the operations manager, Chris, an individual who is committed to your success. He is responsible for your training and ongoing development. Chris is not a micro-manager; it is expected that you will work independently on your own but is always available to provide backup and support when needed.

Schedule

Kola Construction will schedule sales calls based upon your availability whenever possible. If you want appointments at night so you can take care of your needs during the day, we will work with you as much as we can. Sometimes you may need to meet with a homeowner on a Saturday morning. Requirements

  • 3 years direct sales experience.
  • Building/fitting experience a plus.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Understands the earning potential of a commission only role within the home improvements industry.
  • Honest and trustworthy.
  • Motivated self starter.

Earnings

The juicy bit. All of our sales representatives earn 10% of the net value of their sales. Our average order value is £5,500 net and you will have a target of one sale per day. You do the maths. Job Type: Commission Salary: £48,000.00 to £96,000.00 /year Experience:
